Lecture on 10.03.2020: 2:30 - 3:00 pm

More than ever, market participants from the logistics environment are facing completely new and existentially important challenges. For example, disruptive technologies are leading to completely new business areas, competitors and innovations. And this is exactly where the SAP and logistics specialists from Ludwigshafen come in: LogiPlus supports companies in creating an individual strategy to find answers to logistical challenges such as shorter product life cycles or smaller batch sizes. Existing logistics structures are analysed and lead to a holistic implementation concept.

The range of services includes, among others, the classic implementation of the warehouse management software SAP EWM and SAP MFS as well as the migration to SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM. The LP PoweredEWM solution – a rapid deployment solution for SAP EWM – already used by numerous companies is worthy of special mention. By using pre-configured SAP applications – supplemented by individually developed Add-Ons such as a Warehouse Cockpit – almost all of a company’s requirements can be mapped.

With this methodology, our customers can achieve a fully fledged warehouse management system within just three months. And thus shorten the project duration by up to 50%.“, is how LogiPlus Managing Director Thilo Matheis describes the advantages of LP PoweredEWM. “Through predefined processes and efficient training on the live system already during the implementation, customers can significantly reduce costs!“, Matheis continues.

As a highlight, the SAP EWM pioneers will present an exciting project together with the customer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, world market leader for applications in sealing technology and electromobility. The customer presentation deals with the challenges of a global SAP EWM implementation and how these were overcome in a targeted manner and with innovative approaches.

Visitors to the LogiPlus stand can get an overview of the many ways to perfect their supply chain and discuss their individual challenges with the SAP and logistics experts. LogiPlus will be exhibiting at LogiMAT 2020 in hall 8, stand no. C47.
