On 16 July 2020, the last part of the free three-part web seminar series by LogiPlus and aflexio took place. The supply chain planning experts from aflexio and the SAP EWM pioneers from LogiPlus presented customer success stories on how efficiency improvements can be realised quickly and in a targeted manner. Both in supply chain planning and in the warehouse.

Under the title “Increased efficiency in the warehouse: technically feasible does not always mean logistically sensible”, the web seminar participants learned from LogiPlus managing director Thilo Matheis which measures lead to increased efficiency in the warehouse. And which do not. Analogous to the cult movie “Back to the Future”, he went back in time with practical examples and presented which concepts were successful in the time before Corona.
