As part of our web seminar “Best Practices from Intralogistics with SAP Solutions” held on 16.9.2021, we also dealt with gaps in the SAP EWM standard and showed how these can be closed using two customer examples. In this video, our expert Felix Wunder uses the example of our customer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies to show you how we succeeded in doing this with the inventory management of returnable packaging in SAP EWM.

One of the biggest challenges in logistics is still the management of exchangeable packaging materials. From the Euro pallet to the small load carrier, the recording is often done manually and generates additional effort. How the management of inventories can be automated and what challenges are associated with this is presented based on the implementation at our customer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies.
