An external material flow computer, on the other hand, forms a separate control layer between Warehouse Management and automation. Hybrid approaches combine both principles. System boundaries also determine the number and complexity of interfaces, as well as responsibilities during the project and subsequent operation. At the same time, automated warehouses must remain maintainable over many years and adaptable to new requirements, SAP releases, or upgrades to the plant technology.  <\/p><p>LogiPlus therefore considers not only the integration effort but also maintainability, release readiness, vendor lock-in, and operating costs. \u201c<i>Warehouse automation doesn&#8217;t end with the go-live.
