After a long break, the time had finally come again. From May 31 to June 2, 2022, Europe’s largest intralogistics trade fair LogiMAT opened its doors again in Stuttgart. As SAP EWM experts, we were of course once again there as an exhibitor. A big thank you to all our stand visitors for the exciting and beneficial discussions! <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our great team experienced three unforgettable days. We were finally able to meet our customers, prospects and partners in person. Face-to-face – what a relief after more than two years of only virtual events. And you can see the enthusiasm on the faces of our stand visitors and our employees in our LogiMAT video. Even if the sheer number of trade fair visitors was perhaps not quite as high as in the pre-corona period, the discussions were much more focused and targeted. Our focus topic of SAP WM<\/a> migration<\/strong> was particularly in demand. Many visitors to our stand enquired about the right strategies and options for migrating from SAP WM to SAP EWM<\/a><\/strong>. But other topics relating to the optimisation of intralogistics with SAP solutions<\/strong><\/a> also met with a great response. Whether it was about the classic SAP EWM implementation, the connection of AutoStore to SAP<\/a><\/strong>or about add-ons to close gaps in the SAP standard<\/a><\/strong>standard. <\/div>\n

After the work was done, we rounded off the day of the fair together with our stand visitors with delicious cocktails. Together with LogiPlus Consulting GmbH and the logistics planner Malorg GmbH, the Arbeitsgemeinschaft f\u00fcr Wirtschaftliche Fertigung (AWF) is founding a new working group entitled “Warehouse Management with SAP”. <\/b><\/div>\n

A corresponding cooperation agreement was signed at LogiMAT by the technical managers Thilo Matheis from LogiPlus and Dr.-Ing. Markus Nave from Malorg.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The aim of the working group is to actively support SAP user companies in the reorganisation of their warehouse logistics and to facilitate the exchange of information with experts and other user companies.<\/div>\n

The fact that the warehouse management software SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM), which is often still in use, will soon be discontinued by SAP means that many companies need support in choosing a suitable successor solution and in implementing it. The AG supports companies, for example in deciding whether SAP EWM or SAP Stock Room Management<\/a><\/strong>makes strategic sense.
