LogiPlus Consulting GmbH is strengthening its management team to further drive its existing international growth. As Head of Operations, Svenja Engler has been responsible for coordinating the areas of SAP consulting, IT strategy and process consulting as well as development and project management since July 1, 2020. <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With this expansion, the Ludwigshafen-based SAP and logistics experts are responding to the rapid growth of recent years. The team led by Managing Director Thilo Matheis has continuously expanded both its turnover and its workforce in recent years. Various strategic decisions were decisive for this successful expansion. For example, dependence on individual sectors has been massively reduced through a cross-sector approach, which opens up a significant competitive advantage, especially in volatile times such as those we are currently experiencing during the coronavirus crisis. Another success factor was the founding of LogiPlus Logistics Management GmbH, which enabled us to expand our product portfolio in a targeted manner. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The right strategic decisions will also be required in the future to ensure the continuation of sustainable growth. The creation of the new “Head of Operations” position and the appointment of Svenja Engler is another key building block in this regard. <\/p>\n

Svenja Engler was Process Manager at Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co. KG from 2007 to 2016 and was subsequently responsible for Supply Chain Management and Head of International Roll-Outs at the D\u00f6hler Group. “Coming from industry and now changing sides, Ms. Engler knows the concerns and perspectives of our customers. As she puts on the customer’s glasses in all projects, she offers our customers invaluable added value,” <\/em> says Matheis , describing the benefits for LogiPlus customers.<\/p>\n

Svenja Engler goes on to explain the benefits for customers: “I wouldn’t want to go so far as to see myself as a diplomat between customer and service provider. But we all know from experience that many stumbling blocks can only be overcome by understanding the interests of both sides and translating them into each other’s language.” <\/em><\/p>\n
