On April 29, 2020, the first part of a free three-part web seminar series by the supply chain experts from LogiPlus and aflexio will take place. In the first web seminar, the supply chain planning specialists from aflexio and the SAP EWM pioneers from LogiPlus will report on which planning approaches work for volatile times and how to identify and exploit logistical potential in the warehouse. <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The global spread of the coronavirus is having a serious impact on companies’ supply chains. The focus is often on automating processes in order to achieve cost and efficiency benefits. However, in volatile and uncertain times such as those we are currently experiencing, the flexibility needed to react quickly to unexpected events and ensure a functioning supply chain is lacking. As unforeseen events can rarely be avoided, it is essential to anticipate their effects in order to be able to make the necessary operational adjustments to the planning and execution of the supply chain if required. <\/p>\n

In close cooperation, the supply chain and SAP experts from LogiPlus and aflexio have developed a free 3-part web seminar series that aims to provide support on how to set yourself up optimally for the long term in order to successfully navigate through volatile times. In addition, very pragmatic approaches are also presented in order to achieve quick wins with ideas that can be implemented quickly and to be able to optimise the supply chain holistically. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ways to optimise planning methodology and warehouse management software with SAP<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first web seminar in this series will take place on 29.04.2020 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am under the title “Ways to find the right planning methodology and optimal warehouse management software with SAP solutions. Fast. Efficient. Targeted. <\/b>” will take place. Martin Pesch, Managing Director of aflexio GmbH, will be the first speaker. The title of his presentation is ” Today’s planning is tomorrow’s snow. Or is it? <\/b>” “In our presentation, we would like to show why current planning methods fail. We would like to show participants ways to improve inventory effectiveness and safeguard production. <\/i>“, says aflexio co-founder Martin Pesch, describing the aims of his presentation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The second part of this web seminar will be held by Thilo Matheis, founder and Managing Director of the LogiPlus Group. Under the title “Optimising your warehouse logistics – now more than ever!”, the SAP EWM Thought Leader will present how logistical potential in the warehouse can be leveraged in the short term with SAP-based solutions. Matheis will also discuss LogiPlus’ own Rapid Deployment Solution for SAP EWM. “The rapid, best practice-oriented introduction of LP PoweredEWM enables our customers to leverage potential not only in the medium and long term, but also particularly in the short term,” says<\/em> Matheis , explaining one of the approaches to optimising supply chain execution. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
