LogiPlus Consulting donates to the Elias Hospice in Ludwigshafen

“We are delighted to once again be able to support social projects in our home region. Especially during the Christmas season, which for many is associated with contemplation, closeness and community, we want to support people who need support and assistance in particularly challenging life situations,” says Axel Kunkelmann, CSO of LogiPlus Consulting GmbH.

For many years, LogiPlus has refrained from giving Christmas presents to business partners and customers in favor of donations to local initiatives and charitable associations. In the past, the company has supported the Ludwigshafen Child Protection Association, projects such as the ASB Rhineland-Palatinate’s “Wish Wagon” and the Rohrlachstube shelter for the homeless. This commitment underlines the company’s solidarity with the region and its assumption of social responsibility.

“Thank you very much for choosing our hospice this year,” says hospice director Rolf Kieninger. “Our facility is an important building block in the nationwide hospice landscape and, above all, in the care of the dying in Ludwigshafen,” he continues. “Our aim is to create an atmosphere that focuses on our patients.” This includes round-the-clock care, but also a daily routine tailored to personal wishes. The focus is not on dying, but on living – for as long as possible. This is also made possible by donations such as those from LogiPlus Consulting.

Hospiz Elias in Ludwigshafen is an established hospice and palliative care facility with inpatient and outpatient services. Since it was founded in 2005, people with serious, incurable illnesses and their relatives have been supported. The comprehensive range of services extends from inpatient care to outpatient hospice and palliative counseling to educational work for volunteers and interested parties. The inpatient hospice offers space for eight seriously ill people in a homely and barrier-free environment and combines state-of-the-art care with attentive, personal support.

In order to ensure the high quality of care and additional support services for patients and relatives, the hospice also relies on donations. With our small donation, we are helping to strengthen this important area in the long term.
