Target group-oriented training content

The training content depends heavily on the requirements of the respective target group. Key users and developers require more in-depth and specific training, while warehouse employees tend to receive more practice-oriented and technical training. Structured training tailored to the respective target group is the key to successful implementation and use of SAP EWM.

Key user

Key users act as the central point of contact within the company for the SAP EWM system. They need comprehensive knowledge of the functions and processes of SAP EWM in order to act as a link between the IT team and the logistics users. Among other things, they should be able to understand the processes, make configurations and adapt the system if necessary.

Warehouse employee / logistics user

The warehouse employees are the end users of the system who work with the daily operational processes in the warehouse. They require practical training in order to use the system effectively and safely.

Developer

Technical training is required for developers who customise or extend SAP EWM in order to make adjustments to the system and ensure integration with other systems.

Basic training

The aim is to develop a holistic understanding of SAP EWM and warehouse processes. Participants learn the basics of the solution and how SAP EWM works in general. They then gain insights into organisational structures, functions and processes.
