With LP PoweredEWM, we offer you a fully developed and extended warehouse management system based on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), supplemented by numerous LogiPlus add-ons for the warehouse. You benefit from more than 25 years of experience with SAP warehouse management.
Regardless of whether you manage a spare parts warehouse, a finished goods distribution warehouse, production supply or a multi-client warehouse: LP PoweredEWM offers comprehensive cross-industry support in mapping your processes.
Among other things, we supply pre-defined workstation dialogs, stationary packing stations, picking stations on the conveyor system and pre-defined mobile processes.
LP PoweredEWM also includes pick, pack and pass scenarios as well as value-added services and cross-docking.
The solution also includes a flexibly adaptable LogiPlus warehouse control station for controlling and monitoring the daily load.
Your implementation project is based directly on the installed version of LP PoweredEWM. Among other things, you also receive MFS functionality with push channels to communicate with a PLC. This significantly reduces project complexity and runtime.
LP PoweredEWM is delivered SAP-compliant and installed in your development system as a basis. The implementation project starts at 75% so that all the benefits can be exploited right from the start.
The modular principle for the LP add-ons should be emphasised. This ensures reusability for a wide variety of process sequences and combinations.

LP PoweredEWM can be used from day one. The changeover to the new system therefore takes place during the project phase and eliminates the need for subsequent training.
The highlight of our Rapid Deployment Solution LP PoweredEWM is an interactive warehouse control center for SAP EWM.
With the LP WarehouseCockpit, a warehouse manager has all logistics processes available at a glance in real time and can control them flexibly.
This makes it much easier to control all warehouse processes – from incoming orders and replenishment to picking and loading. The holistic view and optimisation of all processes significantly increases efficiency in the warehouse.
It visualises key figures from warehouse areas such as incoming goods, inventory management and outgoing goods in real time. Standard dashboards summarise the most important key figures, individual dashboards can be easily adapted to customer requirements.
The dashboards are browser-based and can be used on any end device – from a Smart TV as a large monitor directly in the warehouse to a PC or the warehouse manager’s cell phone.
Various predefined overview charts for the inbound, outbound and internal areas provide a quick overview of all relevant areas of the warehouse, e.g. current stock levels, the status of order processing or replenishment processes.
The LP EasyDashboard Inbound can be used to monitor various intralogistics processes, e.g. to plan gate occupancy or to display deliveries that have already been processed and those that are still expected, in order to motivate employees with specific target definitions.
The LP EasyDashboard Outbound can be used to display various predefined KPIs in order to visualise work backlogs in shipping or to transparently display open and completed picking orders.
The Internal Charts Dashboard can be used, for example, to display the occupancy of the storage bins in the various storage areas in categorised form or to display all open and confirmed replenishment processes.
With the LP EasyWarehouseManager add-on, companies can flexibly plan and control warehouse tasks in real time in order to noticeably increase the efficiency of all outbound processes.
Users can display lists of deliveries according to numerous search criteria. For each delivery, the current status of the individual process steps such as picking, staging, loading and goods issue can be viewed. It is also possible to display the workload per queue or per warehouse type based on the open picking tasks. It is also possible to organise the views and hierarchy of the list, e.g. to see the deliveries per customer or carrier or delivery date.
Deliveries can be searched for according to various options offered by LP EasyWarehouseManager, e.g. planned picking, loading, goods issue date, dispatch, customer data or delivery status.
The warehouse tasks (Warehouse Tasks/WTs ) can be displayed for the respective deliveries or based on the various options. Example: source and target warehouse type, queue, activity area, etc.
The warehouse tasks for picking can be created with the LP EasyWarehouseManager. The selection can be made at the level of the individual delivery of the customer, the carrier, the warehouse or any hierarchy node level to create the warehouse tasks for one or more deliveries together.
Storage activities for picking can be displayed or canceled if they are not required. The selection can be made in the same way as described above.
A user can manually set the priority of the delivery in EWM as required in order to prioritise picking.
The priority for packing can also be set. However, the system has no control to prioritise the delivery for packing, as the user is only shown the information on the basis of which he must later decide and prioritise the delivery for packing.
The Latest Start Date (LSD) of a delivery can be updated in SAP EWM with the LP EasyWarehouseManager. Later, these LSD details are used to sort the deliveries for picking processing in RF.
If the delivery is linked to a transport unit (shipment) and a vehicle, we can navigate directly from LP EasyWarehouseManager to the transport unit or vehicle.
