The processes in the warehouse are often complex and lack transparency, e.g. the number of open ASUs in the goods receipt zone is often unclear. This is where our LP EasyDashboard add-on comes in.
It visualises key figures from warehouse areas in real time such as incoming goods, inventory management and outgoing goods. Standard dashboards summarise the most important key figures, Individual dashboards can be easily adapted to customer requirements.
The dashboards are browser-based and can be used on any end device – from Smart TV as a large monitor directly in the warehouse to PC to the warehouse manager’s cell phone.
To obtain data for the dashboard charts and tables (widgets), we use EWM’s widely used standard feature, the SAP EWM warehouse management monitor. This means that data from both standard and individual monitor nodes can be used. In addition, not only standard CDSes but also individual CDSes (Core Data Service), which allow a free design of the data model, can just as easily be used as a data source in the LP EasyDashboard.

Various predefined overview charts for the inbound, outbound and internal areas provide a quick overview of all relevant areas of the warehouse, e.g. current stock levels, the status of order processing or replenishment processes.
The LP EasyDashboard Inbound can be used to monitor various intralogistics processes, e.g. to plan gate occupancy or to display deliveries that have already been processed and those that are still expected, in order to motivate employees with specific target definitions.
The LP EasyDashboard Outbound can be used to display various predefined KPIs in order to visualise work backlogs in shipping or to transparently display open and completed picking orders.
The Internal Charts Dashboard can be used, for example, to display the occupancy of the storage bins in the various storage areas in categorised form or to display all open and confirmed replenishment processes.
