With the discontinuation of SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM), users are currently required to reorganise their warehouse and logistics IT. As part of the discontinued ERP 6.0, SAP WM will no longer be available after 2027. Companies that have already migrated to SAP S/4HANA will only be able to use SAP WM in the S/4HANA core until 2025. Companies are therefore now faced with the question of which warehouse management solution to use in the future. Is the scope of the designated SAP WM successor SAP Stock Room Management sufficient? Or does the introduction of SAP EWM make more strategic sense?
