Compared to traditional Excel-based solutions, which according to a survey are still used by 40% of companies, the LP EasyDashboard offers significant advantages. Another advantage of the LP EasyDashboard is its simple implementation. The software is designed as an out-of-the-box solution and can be installed without external help. After installation, users can immediately start creating individual dashboards that are tailored to their specific requirements. Operation is based on the WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) principle, which makes it particularly easy to get started.
The software offers a variety of ready-made overview charts that provide a quick overview of all relevant warehouse processes. For example, users can monitor current stock levels, the status of order processing or replenishment processes in real time.
The graphical possibilities of the LP EasyDashboard are virtually unlimited. Users can choose from all common chart and diagram types, sort them individually, define threshold values and compare historical data with current developments. This enables detailed analysis and better decision-making.
“The LP EasyDashboard connects to SAP EWM via an OData interface, enabling the exchange of structured data. This allows us to tap into SAP standard data sources as well as individual data sources such as CDS,” explains Felix Petrich. The dashboards are then made available as a web application and can be displayed on any end device – be it a large smart TV in the warehouse or a smartphone.
Various predefined overview charts for the inbound, outbound and internal areas provide a quick overview of all relevant areas of the warehouse, e.g. current stock levels, the status of order processing or replenishment processes.
The LP EasyDashboard Inbound can be used to monitor various intralogistics processes, e.g. to plan gate occupancy or to display deliveries that have already been processed and those that are still expected, in order to motivate employees with specific target definitions.
The LP EasyDashboard Outbound can be used to display various predefined KPIs in order to visualise work backlogs in shipping or to transparently display open and completed picking orders.
The Internal Charts Dashboard can be used, for example, to display the occupancy of the storage bins in the various storage areas in categorised form or to display all open and confirmed replenishment processes.
